How will my plants be shipped?
We ship FedEx and UPS 2-Day Air to ensure maximum freshness. Plants are securely packaged and guaranteed to arrive in perfect shape.
Do you ship to Hawaii or Alaska?
No, unfortunately we are unable to ship any club memberships to Hawaii or Alaska.
When will my order arrive?
You choose your delivery date. If at all possible, your order will be delivered on the date that is requested. We offer Wednesday through Saturday deliveries to most locations within the Continental US, Alaska and Hawaii. Saturday Delivery is available for an additional $10 charge. Where do the plants come from?
Our plants are shipped to you directly from the growers! We work with a small group of growers in the US and Hawaii to ensure fresh, healthy plants for every season.
What type of plants will I get?
Our members receive a new, luscious, indoor plant each month. The type of plant depends on the month of the season. The varieties change from month to month. For a good look at all the plants that we offer each month, Click Here.
What type of guarantee do you offer?
All of our plant deliveries are guaranteed* to arrive fresh and beautiful. If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality upon arrival, we will replace the plant free of charge. *This guarantee applies to orders for which we have received complete and accurate delivery information from the customer.
How will I know the plants have been delivered?
You will be emailed a tracking number after your plant gift ships. You can track the progress of the package online. If you have questions regarding the plant delivery, you may contact us, and we will be able to give you detailed information regarding your delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
No. Unfortunately, due to agricultural regulations, we can only ship within the US.
What is the minimum membership?
The minimum membership duration is two months, but you may join for as long as you wish.
How am I billed?
You can choose to pay for the entire membership at once, or have your credit card charged monthly. It's totally up to you. You are given the option when you place your order. For monthly members, we usually charge your account about a week before each monthly shipment is sent out.
What is your return policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your plants, we will either replace them for you, credit your account, or refund your money. We want you to be happy, after all, that's what life is all about! |
